All orders placed with Clare Warren Calligraphy (CWC) will be subject to the Terms & Conditions below.  Please ensure you have read these terms and are happy with them before paying for your order.  Any payment signifies your acceptance of these terms.

Quotes & Payments

A written quote will be provided for your specific requirements.  This price is guaranteed until the date stipulated.

Payment should be made in full by the date given on your invoice.  Any delays to this may result in your order not being fulfilled on time as work does not start on your order until full payment has been received.  

 

Timings

If details are requested by a certain date and you do not respond in the required time, CWC cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur.  This includes late delivery.

Providing Information

For orders requiring a guest list, please email this to hello@clarewarrencalligraphy.co.uk.    Please use your full name as a reference in the subject line.  I do not accept handwritten lists.  Please use a Word or Excel document or type details in the body of the email.  Any personal information such as email address and delivery address will be stored according to the CWC Privacy Policy.

Proof Reading

CWC is not responsible for proof reading the details supplied and will not be held accountable for any errors.  This includes but is not limited to spelling, punctuation, grammar and accent locations.  Any mistakes that are found due to incorrect information being provided will be subject to re-ordering costs.

 

Products

CWC has made every effort to display the colours of the products available as accurately as possible.  CWC cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour is a true reflection of the shade.  If you require a sample of any colour then please ask. 

 

All calligraphy is personally handwritten.  Therefore, as a unique product it may differ slightly from the photographs and images. 

 

Signage

A proof of the signage layout and wording will be emailed to you before writing begins.  By purchasing this product, you agree to the health and safety instructions that will be sent with your sign.  CWC will not be held responsible for any injury caused by not following these guidelines.

 

Delivery

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' service or other couriers depending on your order size.  Delivery charges will be included in any quotes.  CWC is not responsible for any delivery delays, loss or damage that occurs outside of CWC control.  CWC is also not liable for any delivery issues caused by client error, including incorrect delivery addresses, deliveries signed for by neighbours or left in 'safe place'.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Once your order has been paid for you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund.  After that time the payment becomes non-refundable. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact CWC within 48 hours of receipt of your order and I will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

In the rare circumstance that CWC has to cancel an order due to supply or any issue, a full refund will be given.

All photographs are the copyright and property of Clare Warren Calligraphy unless otherwise stated.

CWC reserves the right to use any completed projects as marketing and/or promotional material.  CWC reserves the right to display all work on its website and through social media or for any other promotional purpose.  Personal details will not be disclosed.
